Maria Clara Gómez graduated from the Master of Cultures and Development Studies at the K.U. Leuven in Belgium, and has a BA from Hunter College in anthropology and linguistics. María has a multi-disciplinary background in media, visual anthropology and ethnography. Maria did enthographic research at the Immigration and Health initiative in New York and created the Colombia Migration Project. She is currently in charge of HR and recruiting at Huge Medellin.
Maria is married to Peter Van Dijck and has a beautiful daughter Amelia Van Dijck and another one Valentina Van Dijck.
